Share the final location and the route into the building. We review the handling and installation scope for your actual site, not just its postcode.

Walk the route inside

Measure the loading area, doors, corridors, turns and goods lift as well as the final room. Record lift dimensions and load limits, stairs, access bookings and building-management requirements. Photos and a floor plan help us understand the site.

Make room around the pod

Review floor suitability and loading, door swing, assembly space, ventilation, servicing access and power. Product dimensions describe the pod itself, not every clearance around it. Have your facilities team review the intended position before approval.

Choose the right installation arrangement

Request installation with your project, or tell us that you plan to appoint your own contractor. Coverage, scheduling, handling and the precise scope are confirmed for the address. The configurator's installation amount is a planning allowance until that site-specific review is complete.

Power and optional cooling

The supplied pod uses UK-specification plugs and power outlets. The final electrical schedule covers the pod and selected equipment. Optional cooling adds 350 mm to the base height and changes the electrical requirements. Building electrical work needs an appropriately qualified professional.

Access and receiving arrangements

Include the full postcode, receiving hours and any loading restrictions. Northern Ireland, islands and other routes needing additional arrangements are assessed individually before a delivery commitment is made.

Ready for the workday

Check the agreed furniture and extras, door operation, lighting, ventilation and controls with your installer. Retain the final specification and assembly information. Report missing items or anything that does not work as expected before completing the handover.
