Every model, priced

These are the prices you will see in the configurator, for the pod itself. Furniture packages and installation are separate lines so you can see exactly what each part costs rather than working backwards from one bundled figure.

Prices are for the pod in the configuration you choose. Finishes, furniture and compatible extras are listed separately as you build. Delivery, destination costs and any applicable tax are confirmed on your order summary, so the total you approve is the total you pay.

Prices exclude VAT. If your business is VAT registered you would normally recover it in the usual way.

What is included as standard

Every FocusPod arrives with laminated glass front and rear, layered acoustic insulation, adjustable ventilation, dimmable LED lighting with adjustable colour temperature, power and an occupancy light. Speech level reduction is laboratory tested at greater than 29 dB under ISO 23351-1, the international standard written specifically for pods. Every pod is covered by our five-year structural and electrical warranty.

There is no separate charge for the black or white exterior or for the standard interior palette. Other exterior colours use the displayed upgrade price, and a custom interior colour is priced per pod. All of it is listed separately as you build, so nothing arrives as a surprise on your order.

What changes your final figure

Four things move the number between the table above and your order summary. The model and its footprint. The furniture arrangement you choose, which is what turns a shell into a usable room. Optional extras such as switchable privacy glass, air conditioning, a glass whiteboard or an access control panel. And the installation scope for your building, because a ground-floor unit with level access and a fifth floor served by one small goods lift are genuinely different projects.

Send us the postcode, the receiving hours and anything awkward about the access route, and we will build that into your order rather than discovering it on delivery day. Delivery and any applicable tax sit outside the pod price and are confirmed on your order, so the total you approve is the total you pay.

A pod against building a meeting room

The usual alternative is partitioning off part of the floor. By the time acoustic-rated partitioning, a proper door, relocated services, professional fees and making good are counted, a small built meeting room in the UK commonly runs well into five figures, and takes weeks with contractors on site rather than a single morning.

Two costs are easy to miss. A built room normally needs landlord consent under a commercial lease, which takes time and legal cost of its own. And at lease end you usually pay again to take it out, because dilapidations put the floor back as you found it. A FocusPod is furniture: no consent, no building control, and it goes with you to the next office instead of being written off with the lease.

The tax position helps

Because a FocusPod is freestanding and moveable rather than fixed to the building, it is normally treated as plant and machinery. That can mean 100% tax relief in the year you buy through the Annual Investment Allowance, where the same money spent on a built room is relieved far more slowly.
