Give the delivery team the service entrance
For a London building, include the postcode, receiving entrance, floor and facilities contact. The street address used by visitors may not identify the loading bay or goods-lift route. Add a marked plan or photographs so the arrival brief connects the vehicle to the installation position.
Ask the building manager about the receiving appointment, goods-lift dimensions and load limit, and any access documents required for the installation team.
Coordinate the unloading window
TfL explains that red-route loading bays have specified uses and periods. Ask the coordinator to check the destination and the posted restrictions, including whether the building has an off-street receiving area.
