London and the South East

Use the London guide for the city’s workplace context, and provide the actual postcode for every project. Reading, Cambridge, Oxford and Milton Keynes belong in the same national planning process without being treated as London delivery addresses. For a campus or business park, identify the building, loading entrance and final suite rather than relying on the reception postcode alone.

Our city guides connect model selection with practical site planning. Across an office tower, converted premises or business-park unit, check the route your own shipment will take. Record goods-lift dimensions and load limits, corridor turns, stairs and any booked unloading window. Do not assume a visitor entrance is suitable for the packed pod.

Scotland: Edinburgh, Glasgow and the exact destination

Edinburgh and Glasgow are covered in the Scotland guide. Keep the town and full postcode with the configuration, including where a project is outside those cities. Island or remote destinations need the whole transport route considered. For a multi-site order, separate each building’s receiving arrangements so one office’s requirements are not carried over to another.

Wales and Northern Ireland

Coverage extends beyond the English city pages. Include Wales or Northern Ireland in the project address, together with the full postcode, receiving contact and any campus, estate or shared-building instructions. Where the route has more than one transport stage, coordinate the final receiving appointment with the delivery plan rather than booking it from a general lead-time estimate.

A pod for your working day

A phone-call space and a room for longer desk work are different layouts. Compare the furniture and internal dimensions of Solo and Solo Plus, then consider Duo and Team for two users or Meet and Max for small groups. Keep space around the finished pod for circulation, door movement and servicing. Ask the facilities team to check the proposed position and any building requirements before the order is finalised.
