Two people: compare depth with frontage
Duo and Team both serve two-person meetings, but they use floor space differently. Duo is 1,600 mm wide and 1,375 mm deep. Team is 2,300 mm wide and 966 mm deep: a longer, shallower shape.
Sketch both options on the floor plan with door swing and working clearances. A narrower frontage may suit one position while a shallower footprint suits another. Check the actual furniture arrangement and route into the pod before selecting either model.
Four or six people: plan the furniture, not just the headcount
Meet accommodates up to four people and Max up to six, depending on furniture. Allow for the activities involved: a short discussion, laptops around a table and a shared-screen meeting may each need a different arrangement.

When a phone booth is the better use of space
If most demand comes from individual video calls, several single-person booths can serve simultaneous users. A larger meeting pod should be selected for the group work it needs to support, rather than becoming the default place for every solo call.

Acoustics, ventilation and meeting equipment
Acoustic meeting pods support separation from the surrounding workplace, but no blanket promise of silence or confidentiality should replace a review of the available model-specific evidence. Review acoustic performance in the context of your intended use.
Check ventilation, power, seating, screen placement and any compatible cooling option. Ventilation is not the same as air conditioning. The building conditions and selected equipment matter, particularly during longer meetings.
Plan an indoor installation
FocusPods are indoor only. Check the route from the delivery point to the final location, including the packed components, floor position, overhead space and access for assembly. Keep circulation, exits and service access clear.
A pod does not automatically resolve every accessibility, fire, electrical or building requirement. Share the model documentation with the people responsible for the premises. Use the installation guide to build the project brief.

Questions before you choose
Are meeting pods completely soundproof?
No absolute soundproofing claim is made. Review the available acoustic evidence for the model and assess speech privacy in the intended office location.
Do you sell separate four-person and six-person pods?
Yes. Meet is the model to compare for up to four people; Max is the largest format for up to six. Final capacity depends on the selected furniture.
Where can I compare prices?
