Bring your intended use, headcount and room measurements. Try the pod with the door closed, check the seating or work surface, and listen with the ventilation running. Compare the narrow Team layout with the squarer Duo, or the Meet and Max if the space is mainly for meetings.

Getting a pod into a Gold Coast building
Check the route before orderingFor a Southport, Bundall, Robina or Varsity Lakes workplace, check the actual delivery route and access restrictions for the building. For a Surfers Paradise tower, include lift dimensions, dock bookings, delivery times and floor-protection requirements in the enquiry.
Plan the room conditions as well as the floor space. A position near sunlit glazing may require a different cooling approach from a room with effective air conditioning. Discuss the selected model, occupancy and expected session length before choosing its final position.
Check the space and the route
Send the proposed location and ceiling height, the narrowest doorway or corridor, and the internal lift dimensions including its door opening. The shipping and delivery guide lists packed dimensions and net and packed weights by model. Confirm the complete route, floor suitability and door clearance before ordering.

Can I pick up a pod myself?
Collection from Molendinar can be arranged. Before travelling, confirm the model, collection time, packed dimensions, weights and suitable transport. The shipping and delivery guide lists the current packed sizes, including the Max’s two-pallet shipment.
How quickly can you deliver on the Gold Coast?
Timing depends on stock, the chosen configuration and your site access. Ask for a confirmed delivery or collection date, plus a separate installation appointment if required. Do not assume every finish or model is immediately available.
Do office pods get hot on the Gold Coast?
Ventilation circulates air; it is different from air conditioning. Room temperature, direct sunlight, the number of occupants and session length all affect comfort. Before choosing a position near glazing, discuss the room conditions and any compatible cooling options for the selected model.
Do office pods need council approval on the Gold Coast?
Requirements depend on the site and proposed installation. Confirm the pod position with your building manager or landlord, and ask the relevant council or building certifier whether approvals are needed before ordering. Include floor loading, access, fire services and ventilation in the site review.
Are these outdoor or garden office pods?
No. These FocusPod models are indoor acoustic office pods for use inside an existing building. They are not weatherproof garden offices, outdoor cabins or building extensions.
