The FocusPod Meet is the four-person model in the indoor range. Its external footprint is 2300 mm wide × 1785 mm deep, with an overall height of 2338 mm. That is approximately 4.11 m² before door access, circulation and installation clearances.

Start with how the room will be used: a short team catch-up, a client meeting or a longer session with laptops all need different amounts of usable table space. A four-person capacity does not mean four full-size desk workstations.

Net weight excludes the additional load of occupants and furniture. Ventilation airflow depends on the fan setting; it is not the same as air conditioning.

The product render shows opposing upholstered seats with a central table. Furniture is an optional package, so specify it when requesting your quote. Check table size, laptop positions and legroom against your intended meeting length.

For video meetings, decide where the camera, display and microphone will sit before choosing accessories. Check power and cable routing, camera coverage and whether all four occupants can see the screen. Test speech and fan noise in the intended setup rather than assuming complete sound isolation.

For regular one-to-one conversations, compare the smaller two-person Duo and Team. Team is a narrow two-person model; it is not the four-person alternative to Meet.

Measure ceiling height and allow installation and ventilation clearance above the pod. Keep the door swing, circulation routes and building exits clear. Have the building manager assess the proposed position and floor loading, including occupants and furniture.
